At present our goal is to serve middle school students, as they become our Story Tellers of tomorrow. We will teach them how to be our Film Makers, Photographers and Journalist and how to tell their Own Stories. Marvelez will equip them with tangible skills, technical expertise, and support to dream beyond their circumstances.
Developing Visual Storytellers
Prepared by visual literacy with photography to create story telling photo books. To build students’s ability to communicate as visual storytellers and develop their creative and critical thinking, as well as building their capacity for academic and professional success. All to be done within a faith based atmosphere.
Foundations of Photography
We will teach the “Rule of Thirds” for composition. This is the one rule suggested for beginners. To better understand basic camera functions, and take clear and composed photographs.
